• does not supervise service quality,
• does not take part in payments or settlements,
• does not charge commissions to workshops or transport operators.

All arrangements regarding price, scope of work, timing, and quality of services are agreed directly between the User and the selected service provider.

The platform is intended exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) use. By using the platform, the User confirms that they:

• act as a business entity or professional operator,
• are not a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws,
